Two sliding doors open up onto the main bedroom (two beds 90 x 190cm or one double) and bathroom. The color of the curtains, the lacquered wood panels coating the walls and the designed lighting – bestowing a different atmosphere at day- and night-time – ensure what is strictly necessary to feel at home: warmth, elegance and comfort. Maximum 3 guests. Surface: 40-50 m2. Soundproof large windows in both living room and bedroom allow beautiful, natural light in all day long and help keeping any possible noise away.

Dear Urban Suites, We stayed in one of your apartments May 27 to June 4, and it was great! The location, the beautiful terrace, the unexpected cleaning + new towels during the week, were all wonderful. Special thanks to Leo, who was friendly and extremely helpful. Note for Leo: You may recall that the first thing we did after we checked in to the apartment was to come down to the office to ask why there was no coffee pot. We didn't even recognize the coffee pot, which is completely different from the coffee pots we have in the US! You explained how to make coffee, complete with sound effects to show how the coffee pot works.

After a week of delicious Spanish coffee, no way we could go back to our terrible American drip coffee. We back in the US, and as you see from the attached photo, we are now enjoying our new coffee pot which we just purchased. Thanks for a wonderful Barcelona vacation! We travelled as a family to Barcelona earlier this year and after searching high and low for accommodation which would suit is, i.e. Married couple with 2 children (aged 7 and 17), we came across the Urban Suites in Sant Nicolau, Barcelona.
After sending various questions to the owners and recieving very helpful and informative responses we decided to book a 2 bedroom apartment. We knew before we left that the apartments were brand new so when we arrived they were still finishing the outside entrance area. This was not a problem. The owners made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

The apartments were very clean and modern, a nice tv and stereo and fully fitted kitchen. We also had the benefit of a terrace area and 2 bathrooms. The location was pretty good. Although at first sight it was a bit hidden away, this proved to be a good thing, and we were within an easy 7 minute walk of the metro from which we could reach many of the sites we wanted. A local supermarket came in very useful and we enjoyed a couple of the local restaurants. Having then visited central Barcelona and realising how busy it could become we decided that our choice of location was a good one and we could easily make it door-to-door within half an hour. The transportation was very good and timely.
