89 Nissan Pulsar Users Manual
I have a 89 nissan pulsar with a 1.6 sohc engine. The engine sat in a field for 3 years so i rebuilt it and now the problem is that if i pour gas into the throttle body it starts and runs till that fuel is gone but if i try to start it normally it wont go. I've replaced the fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator and i get fuel from tank to throttle body and from throttle body back to tank but nothing comes through the injector. Wondering if i have a bad injector or a bad throttle body or something else that im overlooking.

The damage is already done. Gasoline breaks down within 1 year.
Drain and flush the old fuel out of the gas tank(s). Try adding Chevron Techron fuel injection cleaner to the replacement gas.
That may work. However, you probably need to remove all the fuel injectors if it's a fuel injected engine and have them sent out to be professionally ultrasonic cleaned and tested. Fords are notorious for fuel injector problems.
Also do a fuel system pressure test, as the bad gas may have damaged the electric fuel pump located in the fuel tank(s). For a carbureted engine, you will need to have the carburetor overhauled or replaced with a rebuilt unit. NEVER let a vehicle sit unused for more than 6 months without first treating the gasoline.

I always add a fuel stabilization product like Sta-Bil to the fuel, if the engine will not be run for at least 2 months or more. Adding these products after the fuel has gone bad is already old will not help.

If you are keeping the car forever, swap the engine with a rebuilt one. There are many for sale out there. About $2k for a rebuilt with core credit. If you are really just keeping it for a year or two until the front 'frame' collapses, buy a used engine out of a junkyard, look until you find one with less than 100k on it.
There are many for sale on eBay but the shipping will kill you and you most likely have junkyards closer to home. Note if you have an SC1 means SOHC so you have to have a SOHC donor vehicle. SC1,SL1, or SW1 the engines were the same 96, 97,98 i believe. But do not get an older engine. Aug 31, 2011.
